Cloning, expression, and characterization of lactic acid bacteria recombinant prolidases
Lactobacillus plantarum (Lb. plantarum) NRRL B4496 and Lactococcus lactis (Lc. lactis) NRRL B1821 prolidase genes were isolated, cloned, and sequenced.
