Patterns of Career Choice and Career Identity of Students in Nursing
본 연구는 간호대학생의 진로정체감을 높일 수 있는 방안을 모색하는데 필요한 기초자료를 수집하고자, 간호대학생의 진로선택유형과 진로정체감을 확인하고 진로정체감에 영향을 미치는 요인을 분석한 서술적 조사연구이다. 연구대상자는 서울과 경기도에 위치한 2개 4년제 간호대학에 재학 중인 간호대학생 1, 2, 3, 4학년 530명을 대상으로 하였다. 연구도구로는 이기학(2003)이 분류한 ‘진로선택유형’과 권윤희(2002)의 ‘진로정체감’ 도구를 사용하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS/WIN 17.0 프로그램을 이용, 실수와 백분율, …
