A functional role of chromatin remodeling factor, Rsf-1 in the DNA damage signaling pathway
… requires PARP1 activity through interacting with PHD domain. Finally, we demonstrate that depletion of Rsf-1 diminishes DNA damage checkpoint signals and repair. Thus, these results reveal a new function of chromatin remodeler Rsf-1 in coordinating DNA signaling and repair.
