Burnout and Job stress in Emergency room nurses caring for Pediatric Patients
본 연구는 소아환자를 돌보는 응급실 간호사의 직무스트레스와 소진을 파악하고, 이들 간의 관계를 확인하여 소아환자를 돌보는 응급실 간호사의 직무스트레스와 소진을 감소시킬 수 있는 근무환경 조성을 위한 기초자료를 제공하고자 시도된 서술적 상관관계 연구이다. 1. 대상자의 직무스트레스 정도는 5점 만점에 평균 3.60점(±0.55)으로 나타났으며, 영역별로는 ‘보호자와 환자 관련 사항’이 4.05(±0.72)으로 가장 높았으며, ‘부적절한 물리적 환경’이 3.37점(±0.74)으로 가장 낮게 나타났다. 2. 대상자의 소진 정도는 5점 …
