고막 천공은 이비인후과 외래에서 비교적 자주 접할 수 있는 질환으로, 일반적으로 고막 천공의 크기가 큰 경우, 변연 천공인 경우, 또는 지속적인 감염의 경우에 만성화되는 경향이 있다. 고막의 재생 능력은 우수한 것으로 알려져 있지만 아직 그 기전이 명확히 밝혀져 있지는 않다. 따라서 본 연구는 만성 고막 천공의 유형과 특징을 분석하고 재생과정에서 보이는 경향에 대해 알아보고자 하였으며, 이러한 임상적 특징을 다른 동물 실험등과 비교하여 고막 재생 기전을 확립하고 새로운 재생 기술을 개발하고자 하였다. 본 이비인후과에서 …
