  1. Structural and magnetotransport study of SrTiO3-δ/Si structures grown by molecular beam epitaxy

… shows a reproducible trend of a positive magnetoresistance (MR) at 300K, which turns to a negative MR effect between 200K and 100K, and turns up again to a positive MR at 3K. Interestingly, at 3K, the MR starts to turn down again at high fields.

  2. COMPOSITION AND PRESSURE DEPENDENT STUDY ON WEYL SEMIMETAL Mo1-xWxTe2

… behavior for all dop- ing levels. Transverse magnetoresistance (MR) measurements show that the parent compounds exhibit large non-saturating MR, which might result from electron-hole compensation, whereas the doped compounds have low MR values, indicating doping- induced electron-hole …

  3. The development of magnetic tunnel junction fabrication techniques

The discovery of large, room temperature magnetoresistance (MR) in magnetic tunnel junctions in 1995 sparked great interest in these devices. Their potential applications include hard disk read head sensors and magnetic random access memory (MRAM). However, the fabrication of repeatable, high …

  6. Fabrication of Core-Shell Nanoparticles

… a variation of magnetic field is referred to as magnetoresistance (MR). Magnetoresistance was observed in the pressed Co-Au core-shell pellet. Both the fresh Co-Au and annealed core-shell nanoparticle followed the metallic conduction behavior. No MR was observed in the Co-Cu and FeCo-Cu …

  10. Study on graphene-based nanocomposites with special magnetoresistance properties

Magnetoresistance (MR) refers to the change of a material’s electrical resistance under the presence of an external magnetic field. The discovery of new MR phenomena (e.g., giant magnetoresistance (GMR) and tunneling magnetoresistance (TMR)) since the 1980s initiates the revolution of novel …
