Job Stress and Nursing Performance among Korean Emergency nurses
… 임지영(2007)이 개발한 도구를 이용하여 측정하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS Win. 17.0 프로그램을 이용하여 빈도와 백분율, t-test, oneway ANOVA, Pearson 상관계수로 분석하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 1. 대상자의 직무스트레스 평균점수는 3.68점으로 나타났고, ‘보호자와 환자와 관련된 사항’ 3.98점, ‘업무상황과 관련된 갈등’ 3.84점, ‘의사와의 갈등’ 3.79점 순이었다. 2. 대상자의 간호업무성과 평균점수는 3.51점이며, ‘업무수행능력’이 3.64점으로 가장 높았고, …
