Analysis of The Operation Result Against Metastatic Brain Tumor
… 후의 기능적 평가 ,그리고 수술 후 재원 기간 등을 분석하였다. 환자의 기능적 평가는 Karnofsky Performance Scale을 이용하였다. 또한 전이성 뇌종양을 진단받고도 수술적 치료를 하지 않고 방사선 치료나 항암치료등의 보존적 치료만 실시한 27명의 환자를 대조군으로 설정하여 두개강내 전이가 진단된 시점부터 사망하기까지 기간을 수술을 시행한 실험 군과 비교하였다. 실험 군에서 전이성 종양이 전이되는데 걸리는 기간은 원발성 종야의 악성도와 관련이 있는 것으로 나타났고 수술 전후의 KPS를 비교한바 수술 직후 기능적 …
