TIS21 inhibits cell migration by downregulating expression of matrix metalloproteinases
… (MDA-MB-231) cells and human dermal fibroblasts (HDF) cells, as confirmed by zymography, RT-PCR. Moreover we demonstrate that TIS21 decreases transcription factor (c-Fos, PEA3) of MMPs. We are going to examine the regulatory mechanism of TIS21-mediated MMPs proteoytic activity.
