Design of oral insulin tablet formulations to enable manufacture and storage under ambient conditions
… by poor gastrointestinal bioavailability and instability during manufacturing and storage. Insulin, a peptide prone to enzymatic degradation, aggregation, and chemical modification, serves as an exemplary model for addressing these challenges in peptide oral solid dosage forms. While parenteral …

Dynamical perspective of stability in glasses
Glasses are intrinsically out-of-equilibrium materials, and their stability plays a central role in determining both their physical properties and their technological performance. This Thesis investigates how glass stability influences microscopic dynamics over a wide range of timescales, from …

Investigation of the thermodynamics of iron phosphate melts and stability of iron phosphate glasses: effects of composition and iron redox ratio
“Iron phosphate glasses with Fe/P = 0.33 - 0.67, O/P = 3.0 - 3.5 and Fe2+/ΣFe = 0.16- 0.52 were prepared by altering batch compositions and melt conditions. Thermal analyses indicate polyphosphate glasses with intermediate chain lengths are most stable against devitrification. …
