Tailored chemotherapy based on genomic polymorphisms for metastatic colorectal cancer treated with 5-fluorouracil plus oxaliplatin or irinotecan in Korean patients
배경: 옥살리플라틴과 이리노테칸은 전이성 대장암 환자에서 5-FU와 함께 투여하여 FOLFOX 또는 FOLFIRI용법으로 일차치료로서 가장 많이 사용되는 항암제이다. 본 연구의 목적은 전이성 대장암 환자에서 전향적 연구로서 항암제와 연관된 유전자 다형성을 분석하고 환자에 맞는 약제를 선택하여 일차치료를 진행하여 이에 대한 반응도를 알아보기로 하였다. 방법: 50명의 전이성 대장암 환자에서 말초혈액을 통해 유전자 다형성을 분석하였다. PCR-based RFLP 방법을 사용하여 TS, MTHFR-977, XPD-751, …
