Strain control of advanced magnetic systems for spintronic applications
… of highly magnetostrictive FeGa alloys using FIBID (ion beam) based on a Ga+ source. This work demonstrates the potential for strain control of advanced magnetic systems as a rewarding avenue of study for spintronic devices.
