A Systematic Review and Meta-analysis of the Effects of Exercise for Fall Prevention in the Elderly
본 연구는 노인의 낙상을 예방하기 위한 운동중재 개발의 지침을 제시하고자, 노인의 낙상예방을 위한 운동중재를 적용한 무작위 실험 설계연구의 결과를 체계적 문헌고찰과 메타분석을 통하여 분석하고 운동중재의 효과를 파악하였다. 체계적 문헌고찰을 위해 PICO-SD형식에 따라 노인(participants)에서 낙상을 예방하기 위한 운동중재(intervention)의 효과(outcome)를 파악하고자 질문을 구성하고 무작위 대조군 실험설계연구(study design)만으로 선정기준을 설정하였다. 분석 자료는 Pubmed, EmBase, …
