Green Tea Polyphenol Epigallocatechin-3-gallate Inhibits Hepatocyte Growth Factor-Induced Tumor Cell Migration and Invasion In Vitro and In Vivo
… 물질을 찾아보고자하였고 녹차의 성분 중 생체에 영향을 주는 중요한 polyphenol인 Epigallocathechin-3-gallate(EGCG)가 HGF/Met 신호체계를 효과적으로 억제할 수 있다는 것을 발견하였다. EGCG는 HGF에 의한 Met의 활성 방식이 autocrine이든 paracine이든 공히 억제할 수 있었다. 또한 돌연변이 Met(M1268T 돌연변이)의 활성화도 역시 EGCG에 의해서 부분적으로 억제되었다. EGCG는 HGF에 의해 유발된 세포의 이동과 MDCK2 세포들에서의 uPA 활성화를 억제하였다. …
