Emergency Nurse Practitioner Role Expectation whether Nurse's Work in Emergency Department or Not
본 연구는 응급전문간호사의 역할을 정립하기위한 서술적 조사연구이며, 대상자는 수원 및 천안, 청주에 있는 5개 종합병원에 근무하고 있는 응급실근무간호사 113명, 비근무간호사 119명을 임의 표출하여 연구 참여를 수락한자로 질문에 응답한 총 대상자는 232명이었다. 연구 도구는 2005년 한국간호평가원에서 제시한 응급전문간호사의 직무서와 이현심(2004)의 도구를 본 연구에 맞게 수정, 보완하여 사용하였다. 최종도구의 항목은 총 94항목으로 전문가적 간호 실무 제공 58항목, 교육 및 상담 9항목, 연구 2항목, 리더십 21항목, …
