Effectiveness of orthodontic bands for restoration of proximal caries in deciduous molars
이 연구의 목적은 교정용 밴드를 이용한 유구치의 인접면 우식 수복의 치료 결과를 임상적으로 평가하기 위함이다. 교정용 밴드를 이용하여 인접면 우식을 수복한 71명의 118개 유구치를 평균 36.6개월간 추적 관찰 하였다. 초진 당시 촬영한 교익방사선 사진을 바탕으로 최초 우식 범위를 확인하였고, 수복 후 유지되고 있거나 계승치 맹출에 따른 생리적 탈락이 발생한 경우 성공으로 판단하였다. 추적 관찰 기간 동안 성공 기준 이외의 모든 경우는 실패로 판단하고 그 원인을 분석하였다. 법랑질까지 이환된 C2 인접면 우식을 수복한 경우가 …
