The Relationship between Intensive Care Unit Nurses' Death Perception and Terminal Care Performance
본 연구는 빈번하게 대상자의 죽음을 접하고 간호하게 되는 중환자실 간호사의 죽음에 대한 인식과 임종간호 수행정도를 알아보고, 이들 간의 관계를 파악하여 적극적 임종간호를 수행하고 총체적인 간호 중재 마련에 기초자료를 제공하고자 시도된 서술적 조사 연구이다. 이를 위해 2010년 10월 1일부터 10월 11일까지 수도권에 위치한 대학병원 중환자실에 근무하는 간호사 중 근무 경력 6개월 이상, 임종간호 경험이 있는 간호사 126명을 대상으로 연구하였다. 연구 도구는 Thorson과 Powell(1988)의 죽음에 대한 인식 측정 …
