"목적: 자궁경부 편평상피암 환자에 있어서 치료 전 혈청 SCC 항원 및 Cyfra 21-1의 농도가 재발암의 예측 및 생존율에 미치는 영향에 대해 알아보고자 하였다. 연구대상 및 방법: 1994년 9월부터 2000년 12월까지 아주대학교병원 산부인과에서 자궁경부암으로 진단 및 치료받은 환자 중, 조직학적으로 편평상피암으로 확인되고, 치료 전에 SCC 항원과 Cyfra 21-1을 측정하였으며, 4년 이상 장기간 추적 관찰이 가능했던 131명의 환자를 대상으로 하였다. 추적 관찰 중 임상적으로 재발이 의심되었던 32예를 재발군으로, …
