고등급 자궁경부 상피내종양의 원추절제술 전후의 인유두종바이러스 검사의 임상적 의의를 알아보고자 하였다. 아주대학교 병원에서 상피내종양으로 원추절제술을 받은 환자들 중 수술 전후에 인유두종바이러스 검사 (Hybrid capture-II)를 시행한 환자들을 대상으로 하여 임상양상과 재발 유무를 비교 분석하였다. 102명이 설정된 기준에 적합하였다. 이들 중 수술 시 절제 경계면의 종양침범 유무를 알 수 있는 경우는 64명이었다. 재발의 유무는 수술 후 인유두종바이러스 검사 결과 및 수술 시 경계면의 종양침범과 상관관계를 가지고 …
