ΠΑΘΟΓΕΝΕΙΑ ΤΩΝ ΠΝΕΥΜΟΝΙΚΩΝ ΑΛΛΟΙΩΣΕΩΝ ΜΕΤΑ ΑΠΟ ΧΟΡΗΓΗΣΗ ΜΠΛΕΟΜΥΚΙΝΗΣ: ΙΣΤΟΠΑΘΟΛΟΓΙΚΗ ΜΕΛΕΤΗ ΣΕ ΜΥΣ C57BL
ADULT C57BL MICE WERE TREATED WITH BLEOMYCIN, WITH DOSES EQUIVALENT TO THOSE RECOMMENDED FOR HUMANS, FOR A PERIOD OF 4, 8 AND 16 WEEKS AND THEIR LUNGS WERE STUDIED BY LIGHT MICROSCOPY. THE PATHOGENESIS OF THE LOWER AIR-WAYS FIBROSIS IS DISCUSSED IN DETAIL.
