… 2세 이상(36명)의 두 연령그룹으로 나누어 비교분석하였다. 모든 환아에서 64열 다중탐지 CT(64 multi-detector row CT)와 DMSA 스캔 검사를 입원 5일내에 실시하였다. CT는 Phillips사의 Brilliance 64모델을 이용하여 조영 전후(간정맥, 신장, 배설상) 영상을 얻었으며 DMSA 스캔은 Siemens사의 Orbitor Nuclear Camera 60Hz로 37-MBq technetium99m DMSA를 성인 기준량에 체중대비 조정량을 주입하고 4시간 경과 후 20여분간 …
