… 의한 두개골절의 진단율이 성인에 비하여 낮아질 것으로 추측되고 있다. 최근에 3차원 CT에 의한 두개골절의 진단율이 신생아에서부터 유아까지도 단순 방사선 촬영에 의한 두개골절의 진단율보다 더 높다는 주장이 제기되고 있지만 모든 단순두개골촬영을 3차원 CT로 대체하기도 어려운 것이 현실이다. 이에 연구자는 단순 방사선촬영과 3차원 CT에 의한 소아두개골절의 진단율 차이를 각 골절형태에 대해서 확인하고자 하였다. 대상 및 방법: 지난 2007년 1월 1일부터 2010년 4월 30일까지 40개월간 아주대학병원에서 응급실에 …
