Correlation between Serum Lipid Level and Neurophysiological Findings in Patients with Carpal Tunnel Syndrome
… 5명의 손목굴증후군 환자에게 체질량지수, 복부둘레를 측정하였으며 초음파검사를 통해 횡수근인대의 bowing을 측정하고 손목 둘레, 손목비를 구하여 손목 체적에 따른 혈청 TC, TG, LDL-C, HDL-C의 연관성을 분석하였다. 첫 번째 연구에서 TC, HDL-C, LDL-C은 각 군 간에 유의한 차이가 없었고, TG수치는 손목굴증후군 환자에서 신경생리검사의 중증도와 양의 상관관계를 보였으며(P<0.001), 대조군에 비해 중등도 이상의 손목굴증후군 환자군에서 유의한 차이를 보였다(P<0.001). 두 번째 연구인 비만, …
