Effect of Oral Cryotherapy on Oral Health Status in Cancer Patients Undergoing Chemotherapy
본 연구는 화학요법을 받는 암환자에서 구강 냉 요법이 암환자의 구강상태에 미치는 영향을 파악하기 위한 비동등성 대조군 전후 시차설계를 이용한 유사 실험 연구이다. 2011년 7월부터 10월까지 경기도 B대학병원의 혈액종양내과 외래를 방문하여 처음 화학요법을 받는 암환자 24명을 대상으로 하였다. 본 연구의 실험처치는 2주간 1일 4회 얼음을 이용한 구강 냉 요법이며, 효과변수는 객관적 구강상태와 주관적 구강 안위감으로 Beck(1979)이 개발하고 박윤정(1997)이 번역, 보완한 도구를 사용하여 측정하였다. 자료 분석은 …
