Analysis of microstructure in human carpal bone using micro-CT
… 설정하여 ANT 소프트웨어를 이용하여 3차원 형상을 재건하여 구조적 특징을 대변하는 형태학적 지수(histomorphometry Index)를 구한다. 결과: 각 시편에서 골소주 두께의 분포는 0 ㎛ - 682 ㎛ 까지였으며, 가장 많이 분포한 구간은 171 ㎛ - 341 ㎛ 였으며, 월상골, 주상골 그리고 삼각골에서 50.2 %, 48.4 % 그리고 55.5 %로 분석되었다. 주상골은 월상골과 삼각골에 비해서 골소주 두께, 골소주 간격, 평균 간섭 길이, 이방성 정도 그리고 구조 모델 지수가 낮았으며, 골소주 두께와 골 …
