Hemodynamic Changes in Hypertensive Patient using Thiopental vs Etomidate as an Induction Agent
… 있는 thiopental sodium 에 비하여 etomidate를 사용하면 좀 더 혈역학적으로 안정적인 마취 유도가 가능한지를 알아보고자 하였다. 계획수술이 예정된 환자 중 고혈압이 있으면서 미국마취과학회 신체등급 분류 2 또는 3등급에 속하는 75세 이하의 성인 30명을 대상으로 하였고, 무작위로 thiopental sodium 과(Group 1, n=18) etomidate(Group 2, n=12)로 마취 유도를 하는 군으로 나누었다. 연구 대상 환자의 성별, 미국마취과학회 신체등급분류, 나이, 키, 몸무게는 두 군간 …
