Systemic Complications Occurring after Korean Venomous Snake Biting; Focused on Hematologic and Neurologic Complications
… 최종대상이 되었다. 혈액학적 합병증이 발생한 환자는 22명(12.9%)으로, 이중 혈소판 감소증이 발생하였던 환자는 8명(36.4%), PT/aPTT 지연이 발생했던 환자는 11명(50%), 혈소판 감소증과 PT/aPTT 지연이 모두 발생한 환자는 3명(13.6%)이었다. 혈소판 감소증의 유지 기간은 평균 4.5±1.8일 이었고, PT/aPTT의 지연 기간은 평균 5.1±1.8일이었다. 신경학적 합병증이 발생한 환자는 35명(20.6%)이었으며 이중 어지러움증이 16명(45.7%), 복시나 시야 혼탁이 발생하였던 환자는 …
