Cytotoxicity and DNA cleaving activity of Anti-DNA Autoantibody
"항-DNA 자가항체는 전신성 홍반성 낭창(SLE)의 유발에서 중요한 역할을 수행한다. 하지만 이러한 항체의 자가 면역질환에서의 잠재적인 표적물질과 병리학적인 역할은 아직 명확히 규명되어 있지 않다. 본 연구의 목적은 첫 번째로 항-DNA 자가항체의 DNA-절단 활성과 암세포와 정상세포에서의 세포독성을 분석하고 두 번째로 항체에 의한 세포사멸이 apoptosis를 통해 일어나는지 또한 어떠한 메카니즘이 관여하는지를 밝히고자 하는 것이다. "
