본 연구는 위장관암환자의 항암화학요법 부작용에 대한 증상관리행위와 삶의 질을 파악하여 효과적인 중재방안 마련을 위한 기초 자료를 제공하기 위해 시도된 서술적 조사연구이다. 연구대상은 2011년 11월부터 2012년 2월까지 경기도에 소재한 A대학병원에서 항암화학요법을 받기 위해 입원한 위장관암환자 88명을 대상으로 실시하였다. 연구도구 중 부작용과 증상관리행위 측정도구는 Dodd(1984)의 항암요법일지를 번역하여 수정∙보완한 조영수(2002)의 도구를 사용하였고, 삶의 질 측정도구는 EORTC QLQ-C30 version …
