Sleep Quality, Fatigue, and Job Involvement in Shift Work Nurses
본 연구는 교대근무 간호사들의 수면의 질, 피로와 직무몰입을 파악하고, 이들간의 관계를 확인하여 간호사의 직무몰입을 높이기 위한 중재 프로그램을 개발하는데 기초자료를 제공하고자 시도된 서술적 조사 연구이다. 연구대상자는 경기도 S시 소재 대학병원에 근무하는 교대근무 간호사 139명으로, 자료수집기간은 2014년 7월 21일부터 7월 28일까지였다. 연구도구는 수면의 질은 Buysse 등(1989)이 개발한 PSQI(Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index)를 조용원(2004)이 번역한 도구를 사용하였고, 피로는 일본 …

A study on health effects of VDT syndrome in hospital workers
… 증상 점수와의 관계는 피부문제, 요통, 상지의 근육통, 하지의 근육통, 두통과 눈의 피로, 우울 또는 불안장애에서 모두 통계적으로 유의한 연관성을 보였고, VDT증후군 자각 증상 점수와 주관적 건강상태에서 유의한 연관성을 보였다. 결론: 병원 종사자의 주관적 건강 상태는 VDT증후군 자각 증상 점수와 유의한 연관성을 보였다. 이러한 결과로 방사선사뿐만 아니라 다른 병원종사자들 또한 업무가 VDT 환경으로 변함으로써 서서히 VDT증후군이 나타나고 있는 것으로 보인다. 이는 앞으로 방사선사뿐만 아니라 병원전체 종사자들에게 …
