… 수 있도록 고안되었다. 본 연구는 악성 위십이지장 폐쇄 환자에서 이중막 스텐트와 기존의 폴리우레탄(polyurethane) 피막형 스텐트의 치료 성적을 비교하여 임상에서의 유용성을 파악하고자 하였다. 연구대상 및 방법: 본 연구는 1998년 1월부터 2009년 9월까지 총 109명의 환자를 대상으로 시행한 전향적 연구이다. 모든 연구 대상자는 수술이 불가능한 진행성 암에 의해 위십이지장 폐쇄가 있었으며, 이로 인한 복통, 구토 등의 증상이 있었다. 76명의 환자가 피막형 스텐트를, 33명의 환자가 이중막 스텐트를 시술 받았다. …
