The Significance of Cleaved Cytokeratin 18 in Pleural effusion
… 한다. 대상 및 방법 : 총 79명의 환자를 대상으로 하였다. 흉수의 원인 질환으로는 폐암 24예, 결핵 28예, 폐렴 15예, 여출액 12예였다. 환자의 흉수와 혈액에서 세포분석 및 생화학적 검사를 시행하였고 상피세포의 사멸을 평가하기 위하여 caspase-cleaved cytokeratin 18의 특이적 항원인 M30에 대한 항체를 이용하여 혈청 및 흉수에서 ELISA를 시행하였고 흉막 조직에서 면역조직화학염색을 시행하여 분석하였다. 결과 : 흉수 내 M30의 농도는 결핵 (2632.1 ± 1467.3 U/mL)에서 폐암 …
