… 공식은 초음파 방식의 SRK-T 공식에 비하여 비교적 높은 정확성을 나타내었지만 평균각막곡률이 큰 눈에서 0.5디옵터 미만의 비율이 59.3%로 상대적으로 낮게 측정이 되었다. IOL Master® 방식의 Holladay2 공식은 안축장이 길거나 짧은 눈에서 높은 정확성을 나타냈다. 결론: 초음파 방식만으로 생체계측을 시행하는 경우 안축장이 길거나 전방이 깊거나 평균 각막곡률값이 큰 눈에서는 SRK-T, SRK II 공식보다는 Holladay1, HofferQ 공식이 정확한 것으로 보인다. IOL Master® 방식의 …
