만성요통환자에서 반복자기자극 치료와 경피전기신경자극 치료 비교
… 반복자기자극 치료군(13명, 평균나이 34.5±10.3세)에서는 치료 전과 2주 후의 통증지수 PNRS, Oswestry 요통장애척도, McGill pain question- nairy를 이용한 평가에서 통계학적으로 유의한 감소가 나타나지 않았다(P>0.05). 그러나 경피전기신경자극 치료군(10명, 평균나이 39.0±12.1) 에서는 치료 후 8시간(P=0.015) 및 치료 후 2주 후의 평균 통증지수 PNRS(P=0.005)가 모두 통계적으로 유의하게 감소되었고, Oswestry 요통장애 척도에서는 치료 후 2주 후 …
