Comparison of Local Anesthetic Ointment to Warm Pack therapy for Pain relief during arteriovenous fistula puncture in Hemodialysis patients
본 연구는 혈액투석 환자의 동․정맥루 천자 시 국소마취제 연고와 온요법의 통증완화 효과를 비교 확인하기 위한 유사실험 연구이다. 연구대상은 경기도 소재 C 대학병원 인공신장실에서 혈액투석 시 동․정맥루 천자를 시행하는 말기신부전 환자로 아래 선정기준에 합당한 40명을 연구대상으로 편의표출 하였다. 그중 타 병원으로의 전원 3명, 혈관폐쇄로 중심정맥도관 삽입한 2명이 중도 탈락하여 35명만을 최종 분석 대상으로 하였다. 자료수집기간은 2010년 5월 3일부터 6월 5일까지이며 중재 전 동․정맥루 천자 시 통증점수와 생리적 지표를 …
