Determinants of Outcome in Subacromial Bursa Injection for Patients with Shoulder Pain Classified by Sonographic Findings
목적: 어깨 관절주위 연부조직 질환을 가진 환자를 초음파 소견에 따라 분류하고 견봉하 점액낭내 스테로이드 주사치료를 시행하여 초음파 소견에 따른 치료 효과의 차이를 알아보고자 한다. 연구대상 및 방법: 과거력 문진, 이학적 검사, 초음파 검사를 시행하여 어깨 관절주위 연부조직 질환을 가진 환자 69명을 모집하였다. 초음파 소견에 따라 임상적으로 중요하다고 생각되는 질환에 따라 5등급 단계로 분류하고 이들에게 초음파 영상 유도 하에 20mg의 트리암시놀론을 견봉하 점액낭 내로 주사하였다. 주사 2주 후에 추적관찰을 하였다. …

응급의학과 의사에 의해 시행되는 응급초음파 검사의 유용성에 대한 연구는 많았으나 응급초음파 검사의 전반적인 현황과 활성도에 대한 연구는 부족한 실정으로 국내 응급센터의 42%와 응급의학 수련병원의 57%가 집중돼있는 서울, 경기 지역을 중심으로 응급초음파 검사의 현황과 활성도를 조사해보고자 하였다. 서울, 경기 지역의 44개 지역응급의료센터, 4개 권역 응급의료센터, 3개의 전문응급의료센터, 1개의 중앙응급의료센터, 응급의학 수련을 시행하는 2개의 병원, 총 54개 병원의 응급의학과 의료진을 대상으로 전년도 내원 환자 수, 전공의 …

목적: 초음파 방식과 IOL Master® 방식을 이용하여 생체계측을 할 때 안축장과 전방 깊이, 각막 곡률에 따라서 선택할 수 있는 계산공식에 대하여 알아보고자 하였다. 대상과 방법: 아주대학교 병원에서 단일 술자에 의해 백내장수술을 받은 환자 65명 82안의 의무기록을 후향적으로 검토하였다. 생체계측은 IOL Master®, 수동각막곡률계, 침수식 초음파 검사를 순서대로 시행하여 측정하였다. 초음파 방식과 수동각막곡률계로 구한 생체계측 값을 SRK II, SRK-T, Holladay1, HofferQ 공식에 대입하였고 IOL …

Work-related Musculoskeletal Symptoms according to the scan types in Diagnostic Medical Sonographer
목적: 초음파 검사종류가 검사자의 근골격계 증상에 영향을 주는지를 조사하고 근골격계 증상에 영향을 주는 요인을 파악하고자 이 연구를 시행하였다. 방법: 대한초음파기술학회에 등록된 회원들 중 직접방문이나 전자우편으로 구조화된 설문지 400부를 배부하여 124부를 회수하였다(응답률:31%). 결과: 복부초음파 검사자는 72명(66.7%), 산과초음파 검사자는 20명(18.5%), 심장초음파 검사자는 9명(8.3%)으로 관찰되었다. 신체부위별 근골격계 증상은 어깨/목 부위 86명(85.1%), 손/손목/팔/팔꿈치 부위 …

Subacromial bursa injection of corticosteroid on hemiplegic shoulder pain
어깨 통증을 갖고 있는 뇌졸중 환자에서 이학적 검사와 초음파 검사를 이용하여 어깨 관절주위 질환을 진단한 후 견봉하 점액낭 내 스테로이드 주사(트리암시놀론 40mg)를 시행한 결과 통증 및 환자가 느끼는 장애 정도에 호전이 있었으며 어깨관절의 능동적 운동범위, 특히 전방굴곡과 외회전의 운동범위에 호전이 있었으며 특별한 부작용 발생 없이 주사 후 8주까지도 효과가 지속되었다. 이러한 결과는 어깨 통증에 대한 스테로이드 주사 치료 시 치료 효과, 경과 및 지속시간을 추정하는 데에 구체적인 지침을 제공할 수 있을 것이다.

Associated risk factors with the carotid intima-media thickness withe the rural elderly
본 연구는 농촌에 거주하는 만 65세 이상 일반 노인들을 대상으로 경동맥 초음파 검사를 하여 경동맥 내중막 두께와 관련된 요인들을 알아보는 서술적 관계연구이다. 자료 수집은 2008년 10월 1일부터 동년 10월 5일까지 검진에 응한 308명의 노인을 임의 표본 추출하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 13.0을 이용하여 전산통계 처리하였다. 본 연구의 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. (1) 대상자 중 남자 노인이 118명(38.1%), 여자 노인이 190명(61.9%)으로 여자 노인 인구가 많았다. 나이별로는 60대 노인이 …
