Association between Bone Mineral Density and Hearing Loss in Adults over the Age of 50 years old
… 위험인자를 보정한 후에는 유의성이 없었다. 고음역인 4000Hz와 8000Hz에서는 청력감소의 위험인자를 보정하기 전, 후 모두 골밀도가 낮아지면, 청력감소의 위험이 유의하게 증가되었다. 결론: 50세 여성에서 요추 골밀도의 저하는 고음역의 청력 감소와 밀접한 연관성이 있다. 향후 기전을 밝히기 위한 추가 연구가 필요하다.
