3세 미만의 아토피 피부염 환자에서 땅콩 항원 감작과 임상양상
… 통계학적 의의는 없었다. 땅콩 감작 정도가 2+ 이상인 환자에서 우유, 밀가루, 대두, 집먼지진드기 감작률이 유의하게 높았으며, 혈관부종 혹은 아나필락시스를 경험한 5명의 혈청 땅콩 IgE수치는 모두 15 kU/L 이상이었다. SDS-PAGE에 의하여 관찰된 땅콩 조항원내의 단백은 적어도 15개 이상이였으며, 분자량은 6 kD에서 64 kD까지 다양하였다. 11명의 환자 혈청으로 시행한 IgE western blot에서는 11명 모두에서 적어도 1개 이상의 땅콩 결합 단백이 관찰되었다. 53 kD 단백이 가장 많이 총 10명의 …
