본 연구에서는 전화 도움을 이용한 심폐소생술 시행을 위하여 사용할 수 있는 한국형 지침서를 마련하였다. 응급의학과 전문의 2명, 응급의학과 수석 전공의 1명, 1급 응급구조사, 의학과 학생 1명이 문헌 고찰을 통해 전화 도움 심폐소생술 지침서 초안을 작성하였다. 이 개발된 지침서의 초안은 연구대상이 아닌 다른 학생들에게 적용하여 개발하였다, 비의료인 일반인 학생을 대상으로 전화 도움을 이용한 심폐소생술 시행한 군(DCPR)과 사전 교육을 받고 전화 도움 없이 심폐소생술 시행한 군(NDCPR)의 심폐소생술 수행도를 비교 하였다. …
