"목적: 집중치료를 받는 환자에게서 조기에 전기진단검사를 통하여 중환자 다발성 신경병증(Critical Illness Polyneuropathy, CIP)를 진단하고, 이의 위험인자를 조사한다. 연구대상 및 방법: 집중치료실에 입원하여 기관내 삽관 후 인공호흡기 치료를 받는 성인을 대상으로 집중치료를 시작한 지 48시간~144시간 사이에 사지의 신경전도검사를 시행하였다. 말초신경의 축삭신경병증을 보이는 경우, 이환된 신경이 서로 다른 2개의 팔, 다리에서 발견되거나, 3개 이상에서 발견된 경우 CIP로 진단하였고, 이의 기준을 …

일개대학 병원에서Simplified Acute Physiologic Score II 를 이용한 급성 파라콰트 중독환자의 예후 예측
… 내원한 65명의 급성 파라콰트 중독환자를 후향적으로 분석하였다. 모든 환자에 대해서 중환자 입원 시에SAPS II, 혈중 파라콰트 농도, severity index of paraquat poisoning (SIPP) 를 계산하여 각 시스템의 사망률과의 관계를 평가하였다. 결과 : 전체 사망률은 73.8%로 65명 중 48명이 사망하였다. 생존군보다 비생존군에서 SAPS II, 혈중 파라콰트 농도, severity index of paraquat poisoning (SIPP) 모두 통계적으로 유의 있게 높은 것으로 나왔다. …
