… 주로 가임기의 젊은 여성에게 많이 나타나는 자가면역 질환으로 정상인에 비해 조기에 죽상경화증이 발생하며 이는 루푸스 환자 사망의 중요한 원인이라고 알려져 있다. 이에 심혈관계 질환이 없는 루푸스 환자에서 죽상경화의 진행을 보여주는 경동맥 내막-중막 두께와 경동맥 플라크를 측정하여 정상인과 비교해보고 루푸스 질병 활성도를 나타내는 인자와의 관련성을 알아보고자 한다. 재료 및 방법 : 아주대학교 병원 류마티스 내과에서 미국 류마티스 학회에서 1982년 개정한 루푸스 진단 기준에 맞는 여성 환자 109명, 나이가 일치하는 정상인 …
