Factors Associated with Health-related Quality of Life of People with Schizophrenia Utilizing Day Care Service in Community Mental Health Centers
… 삶의 질과 관련된 요인을 규명하는데 있다. 이 연구는 경기도 10개 정신보건센터 주간재활 서비스를 이용하고 있는 150명의 조현병 환자들을 대상으로 면접조사원에 의한 설문조사 방법으로 시행되었다. 대상자의 일반적 특성은 빈도분석과 백분율로 산출하였고, 삶의 질 영향요인으로 인구사회학적 특성, 정신질환 및 치료특성, 주간재활서비스 특성, 심리적 특성 등을 다중선형회귀분석에 포함하여 분석하였다. 통계적으로 유의한 관련요인으로는 가구월수입, 약물순응도, 입원기간, 우울감, 자아존중감등이 있었는데, 가구 월수입이 100만원 …
