Anatomical Relationship between Superior Mesenteric Artery and Left Renal Vein
… 다중검출기 CT 혈관조영술을 이용하여 정상군의 상장간동맥의 분지각 및 상장간동맥과 좌신정맥의 해부학적 관계를 알아보고자 하였다. 15세에서 25세사이의 비뇨기과적 자각증상이 없고, 뇨검사 및 일반혈액검사에서 이상소견이 없는 남자 33명을 대상으로 다중검출기 CT 혈관조영술을 시행하였다. 기초 자료로부터 관상면, 축상면 및 시상면의 최대강도투사영상을 재구성하여 상장간동맥의 위치, 직경, 분지각, 분지형태 및 상장간동맥과 복부대동맥사이의 거리와, 좌신정맥의 직경, 각도, 길이 및 높이를 분석하였다. PACS system 및 …
