유두상갑상선미세암에서혈관내피성장인자(VEGF),혈관내피성장인자수용체-1(VEGFR-1),저산소증유발인자(HIF-1a)의mRNA발현
… 암종양조직에서 비교하였다. 발현정도는 농도측정기(densitometer) 를 이용하여 정량화 하였고 대상환자의 임상 및 병리적 특징과의 상관여부를 조사하 였다. 결과: HIF-1α는 암종양조직이 정상조직에서보다 발현강도가 높았고(p=0.024) VEGF는 오히려 암종양조직에서 정상조직에서보다 발현강도가 낮았다 (p=0.002). VEGFR-1은 두 조직간의 차이가 없었다. 갑상선피막 침범 유무에 따라 비교했을 때 암종양조직에서 VEGF mRNA 발현의 차이는 없었고 림파선 전이 유무에 따라 비교했을 때는 통계적인 유의성은 …
