Three-dimensional Computed Tomographic Analysis of Normal Developmental Process of Cranial Sutures
최근 삼차원 전산단층촬영이 도입되어 머리뼈조기유합증이나 자세성머리쏠림증과 같은 영유아 머리뼈 이상의 진단에 많이 활용되고 있다. 그러나 진단의 기준이 되는 정상 머리뼈봉합 발달 과정의 삼차원 전산단층사진 소견에 대한 연구는 아직까지 미비한 실정이다. 이에 본 연구는 삼차원 전산단층촬영을 시행한 생후 12개월 이하의 영아 243명을 대상으로 시상봉합, 관상봉합, 시옷봉합 및 이마봉합 등 머리덮개뼈의 주요 봉합과 나비이마봉합, 나비마루봉합, 나비비늘봉합, 비늘봉합, 마루꼭지봉합, 뒤통수꼭지봉합 등 머리덮개뼈의 작은 봉합의 닫힘 과정을 …
