간호대학생의 사회적 지지, 자아존중감이 임파워먼트에 미치는 영향
… 특성에 따른 임파워먼트의 차이를 분석한 결과 지원동기(F=3.68, p=.028), 전공만족도(F=5.11, p<.001), 학과외 활동(F=9.50, p<.001)에서 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 나타났다. 회귀분석을 실시한 결과, 전공만족도, 지원동기, 학과외 활동, 사회적지지, 자아존중감을 포함한 회귀식이 57.0%.의 설명력을 가지는 것으로 나타났다. 이상의 연구결과를 통해 간호대학생들이 미래의 전문직 간호사로서 임상현장에 잘 적응하고 강점을 강화하여 힘을 얻을 수 있도록 개인내적 임파워먼트를 증진하기 위해서는 …
