Repetitive Magnetic Stinulation Versus Transcutaneous Electrical Nerve Stimulation in Myofascial Pain Syndrome of Neck and Shoulder : A Comparison Study
"목적: 경부와 견갑부 근막통증후군 환자에서 말초 반복자기자극치료의 통증 경감 효과를 경피적 전기자극치료와 비교하여 근골격계 통증의 치료방법으로써의 가능성과 효과를 확인하고자 한다. 연구 대상 및 방법: 발병 후 6개월 이상 된 뒷목과 어깨의 근막통증후군 통증 환자 총 20명을 무작위로 반복자기자극과 경피전기 신경자극 치료 두 군으로 분류하였다. 2주간 총 10회, 1회에 20분간 각각의 치료를 통증이 가장 심한 부위에 치료를 받았으며 치료에 대한 평가는 치료 시작 전, 2주 치료종료 직후, 치료 종료 후 2주와 5주에 …
