Hope and Self-care Behaviors in Hemodialysis Patients
본 연구는 혈액투석환자의 희망과 자가간호행위를 파악하고, 희망과 자가간호행위의 관계를 파악하여, 자가간호행위 증진을 위한 희망의 중요성을 제시하여 간호의 질을 높이는데 기초자료로 사용하고자 시도되었다. 연구대상자는 경기도에 위치한 일 대학병원 인공신장실에서 정기적으로 혈액투석치료를 받고 있는 외래환자를 대상으로 하였다. 그 중에서 혈액투석을 시작한지 3개월 이상이며, 주 2회 이상 혈액투석을 받고 있으며, 거동이 가능하고, 의사소통이 가능하고 인지기능이 정상이며 설문지의 내용을 이해하고 응답할 수 있으며, 항우울제를 복용하지 않는 …
