The Relationship Between Insulin Therapy and Cancer Incidences in Patients with Diabetes : Follow up study in Korea
… 암 종류별로 살펴보면, 가장 많이 진단된 암은 갑상선암, 전립선암, 대장암, 위암, 유방암 순이었으며, 인슐린 투여군이 인슐린을 투여하지 않은 군에 비하여 위암의 발생도가 7.395배 높은 것으로 나타났다(p=0.001, OR 7.395 95%CI; 2.310∼23.678). 결론 : 당뇨병 환자에서 연령이 증가할수록, 평균 체질량지수가 감소할수록, 암 발생의 위험도가 증가하는 것으로 나타났으나 당뇨의 유병기간이나, 혈당조절 정도, 인슐린 및 글라진 투여와 관련해서는 모두 암 발생과 무관한 것으로 나타났다. 메트포르민 …
