Blood pressure and intraocular pressure change in hypertensive and non-hypertensive patients after intravitreal bevacizumab injection
"유리체강내 베바시주맙 주입술이 혈압과 안압에 미치는 영향이 고혈압 이환 여부에 따라 차이가 있는지 알아보고자 한다. 당뇨황반부종, 맥락막 신생혈관 등 안과적 혈관질환을 진단받고 유리체강내 베바시주맙 주입술을 시행받은 환자 중 녹내장 약물을 투여 중이거나 유리체 절제술을 시행받은 과거력이 있는 환자, 혈압 조절 상태가 불량한 고혈압 환자들을 제외한 135 명을 연구대상으로 하였다. 술전에 혈압 및 안압을 측정한 후 수술실에서 무균적 처치하에 베바시주맙 1.25 mg을 하이측 평면부를 통해 유리체강내로 주입하였다. 시술 30분 후에 …
